Guest House: 2 bedrooms on the first floor share a bath, one bedroom w/ queen bed & the other w/ a twin bed. Upstairs is a small kitchenette and dining area.

This beautiful OCEANFRONT home located in South Forest Beach is the perfect house for large gatherings or family reunions. The main house features five bedrooms on the first floor, four of them with OCEAN views. Another Master bedroom, upstairs with the main living area, also enjoys an ocean view. Bedding consists of two kings, two queens and four twins. 9 Juniper features an attached GUEST COTTAGE with two bedrooms and one bath, living room and kitchen. The master and living area both have ocean views. Bedding at the cottage is one queen and one twin.
