Featuring a large open living/dining area and kitchen, which view the ocean across the dining room. Accessed from this area is a large screened-in porch, with hammock, patio set and rocking chairs for relaxing and marvelling at the beauty of the beach beyond.
The Upper Level Master bedroom has a King-size bed and wide open views of the ocean. You can access the screened porch from this bedroom as well as from the Den/Guest room. You will delight in enjoying your morning coffee or savoring moonlight on the ocean here. There is a second tastefully decorated bedroom with a Queen bed and another bedroom with 2 Twin beds. The den/guest room has a queen sofa bed, shared bath and ocean views.
Downstairs you will find the remaining 2 bedrooms, both with King beds. Additionally, there is a second full kitchen/living area, with Queen sleeper sofa. The large rec room has games, game table, books, foosball table and a television, with floor pillows to lounge on while relaxing. For your convenience there is another washer and dryer on this level.
21 Dune Lane is surrounded by an ocean view deck and has a convenient hot/cold outdoor shower, for use after playing at the beach. You won't miss not having a swimming pool when you can take a stroll down your own private beach path for a dip in the ocean or a sunset walk on the beach.
