The 2nd level consists of 1 King Master Suite, 1 additional King bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom, and a bedroom with 2 Twin beds. In the salon, there is a Queen sleeper sofa and 2 Twin Sleeper chairs.
This location in Forest Beach is ideal, as there is little passing traffic, and the beach is just 200' from the home. In this residential/rental area, you will feel comfortable letting the kids play outside or ride their bikes. There are numerous award-winning restaurants, hotels, boutiques and shopping plazas within walking or biking distance to 29 Mallard.
House, 6 Bedrooms + Sunroom, 6.5 Baths (Sleeps 12-19) This Hilton Head Island Vacation Home, located in the North Forest Beach area of the Island, is only 250 feet from the beach! The beautiful gourmet kitchen has state of the art stainless steel appliances and a large breakfast bar, which allows you to prepare your meals and oversee the activities in the dining room, spacious great room and living room! On the main floor you will find the Master Bedroom with large french doors opening out to the swimming pool and spa. You will also find the second bedroom with a full private bath on the main level. On this floor, you will also find a half bathroom accessible from the pool area. Stairs or an elevator will take you upstairs to the 2nd level where you will find a very large sunroom complete with big comfy couches and a big screen T.V. and french doors opening out to a large deck overlooking the pool area. In addition, there are four large bedrooms, each with a full private bath. You will also find an office / desk area and an additional quiet sitting area perfect for casual reading or relaxing. The large pool and spa are located off the main level of the house with an extensive deck equipped with Chaise Lounge chairs, as well as a large covered area for those who wish to escape the Summer sun. If you wish to sunbathe, there is plenty of sunshine beaming down on the pool area. The pool area has a large grilling and dining area for your enjoyment. The pool and spa can be heated in the Winter months upon request at an additional charge. The main living room is a very large open room. It overlooks the kitchen and pool area and allows you to open up the french doors and walk directly out onto the deck for cocktails, grilling and swimming. High definition flat screen and large screen televisions are furnished throughout the house in each bedroom, living room and upstairs sunroom. Stairs or an elevator will allow access to all levels of the home. Free Wireless Internet. One hour daily tennis at the Van Der Meer Shipyard Racquet Club at no additional charge.
